I could talk a lot about healthy life style but my aim is just to share my experience, and I hope it could be useful for someone.
I found out that suger is the anemy number 1. If to avoid sugar you ll get rid of extra weight, prevent diabet, toothache and many other things. I decided to get rid of sugar. And the first of all try not to use it as people normaly do by adding it in tea or coffee. Try not to eat cakes or candies.
It was really hard for me, it`s still hard for me. That`s why I found the way to help myself to avoid sugar. In this case I kill two birds with one stone: - I have kinda tea not after eating but before a meal (it`s also healthier not to drink after your meal) - instead of tea I have water with lemon or herbal tea (it already has its own taste, so no need any sugar).
I decided to replace sugar with fruit and berries. It can be prune, banana, strawberry or anything else you like. Fruit also can be added into your meal instead of sugar, e.g. in porridge.
